Issuer and nature

appful Inc. issues Paid Credits purchased through Apple. They may be used only for eligible digital content in Torica. Free Credits are granted without payment and tracked separately.

Use and expiration

• Paid Credits do not expire.
• They may be used only for eligible items shown in Torica.
• They cannot be transferred, sold, lent, pledged, redeemed for cash, or moved to another service.
• Account and regional restrictions may apply.
• After account deletion, unused Paid Credits and refund-adjustment debt are preserved under a pseudonymous record and restored once if you register again with the same Apple account. Free Credits and other game data are not restored.

Balance and history

The app's Wallet and purchase or pack screens show Paid and Free Credit balances. Contact Support with account details and purchase history if the display appears incorrect.

Refunds

Paid Credits are not refunded or redeemed except where law requires it. A shutdown will be handled under applicable law and advance notices. Apple's purchase-refund process may apply.

Regulatory monitoring

We review unused balances at the end of March and September. When registration, safeguarding deposits, or other measures are required by Japan's Payment Services Act, we implement them as required by law and update this disclosure. Contact: info@appful.tokyo.
