Privacy Choices

Controls available to you

• Usage analytics: off by default. Only product-operation events occurring after you explicitly enable Torica Settings → Privacy → Share Usage Analytics are sent to Firebase Analytics and its linked GA4 property. Turning it off stops new collection, and activity while it was off is not sent later.
• Turning off usage analytics does not disable required account, card, purchase, or battle features. Analytics processed before withdrawal remains subject to the configured Firebase and GA4 retention settings and, if enabled, the BigQuery dataset lifecycle.
• Friend Scan: obtain the photographed person's permission. Online use is optional. Without consent, the image stays on device and is not sent to Gemini or Cloudflare R2. With consent, it is sent for safety review and online-battle storage. Friend cards cannot be traded or shared.
• Advertising privacy: review or change choices in Ad Privacy Choices. Personalized advertising is not used for minors.
• Camera, photos, location, and notifications: change permissions in iOS Settings → Torica.
• Account and cloud data: use Delete Account in the app or contact Support.

Required processing

Authentication, fraud prevention, purchase verification, card syncing, and online battle processing cannot be disabled while using the feature they support. Stop using the feature or delete the account to end that processing.

Privacy requests

Email info@appful.tokyo with a verifiable account detail such as your friend code and the right you wish to exercise. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, or payment-card details. We may request additional verification. A photographed person may also request review or deletion of an image in which they appear.
